In a large bowl whisk the wine, lemon, olive oil, honey/maple syrup, salt&pepper
Mince the garlic cloves and slice the onions to fine rings, add them to the bowl as well
Add the chicken and cover the bowl
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours or overnight if you have time!
Heat the grill to medium-high and grill the chicken until yummy!
