Add the olive oil, soy sauce, orange zest and juice, sugar, mustard, chili flakes, black pepper, and the smoked paprika to the bowl and whisk

Add the pork chops to the marinade

Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2-3 hours or overnight if you have the time!
